Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Architect / Technical Lead to lead the design, architecture, and development of a modern software platform. The successful candidate will take ownership of the overall technical strategy, establish engineering best practices, mentor the development team, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in modern full-stack technologies, backend architecture, cloud-ready development, DevOps, and application security.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and own the overall software architecture for scalable web applications.
- Define coding standards, engineering guidelines, and development best practices.
- Lead sprint planning, technical discussions, and architecture reviews.
- Develop and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and performance.
- Mentor and guide software engineers through technical leadership and knowledge sharing.
- Design secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Develop robust RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Optimize application performance, database efficiency, and infrastructure reliability.
- Oversee deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes.
- Ensure application scalability, security, availability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UI/UX, QA, and Business stakeholders.
- Identify technical risks and implement long-term engineering solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement through innovation and adoption of modern technologies.

- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a high level of ownership.
Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
