Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Shift Incharge to manage and supervise all activities during the assigned shift in the injection molding plant. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, maintaining product quality, achieving production targets, and ensuring compliance with safety and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all injection moulding operations during the shift.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot process issues, and minimize downtime.
- Manage shift manpower, allocate tasks, and ensure discipline on the shop floor.
- Ensure proper mould changeovers, machine settings, and process parameters.
- Maintain production reports, shift records, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety, 5S, and company policies.
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical/Plastics Engineering or related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in injection moulding operations.
- Strong knowledge of moulding machines, mould setup, and process parameters.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
