Key responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols and clinical standards
Assess, monitor, and record patient conditions, vital signs, and treatment progress
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by doctors
Assist consultants and medical officers during procedures, emergencies, and patient rounds
Supervise and guide junior nursing staff, trainees, and support staff during shifts
Ensure accurate maintenance of nursing records, patient documentation, and reports
Monitor infection control practices, patient safety measures, and biomedical waste management
Coordinate with doctors, departments, and patient attendants for effective patient care delivery
Handle emergency situations, code blue calls, and critical patient care efficiently
Ensure availability and proper usage of medical equipment, consumables, and medications in the assigned unit
Participate in NABH compliance activities, audits, training programs, and quality improvement initiatives

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
