Job Title: Commis II – Chinese Cuisine (F&B Production)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Commis II – Chinese Cuisine to assist in food preparation and support the kitchen team in maintaining quality, hygiene, and efficient kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for Chinese dishes.
- Perform basic tasks such as cutting vegetables, cleaning, and mise en place.
- Support senior chefs during food preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
- Follow food safety and kitchen safety standards.
- Assist in reducing food wastage and maintaining kitchen discipline.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and Chinese cuisine.
- Willingness to learn and develop cooking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Experience: 0–1 year preferred
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
