Background & Preferences:
- 1. Must have worked with Automotive manufacturing Industries ( should be from sheet Metal )
- 2. Knowledge & Exp. In sheet metal manufacturing process
- 3. Knowledge/Exp. of taking Die trials at press shop, troubleshooting, problem solving.
- 4. GD&T knowledge/Exp. Required
- 5. Exp. In Welding fixture & gauges design
- 6. Should design In AutoCAD, Solid works ( must require)
- 7. Knowledge/Exp. in M.S office
- 8. ISO 9000 / IATF system (APQP/PPAP/IPP ETC)
- 9. Knowledge of Inspection instrument & method like Micrometer, Vernier caliper, Height gage etc.
- 10. KPI/ KRA:-
Department Function: DESIGN /NPD
- Tool , Fixture & Gauge design
- After Trials design modification & correction
- Process parameter’s finalization after die correction
- Tool drawings finalization & handover to tool room for spares
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
