Showroom Manager

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Supervise showroom staff and monitor their performance.
- Maintain product display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse/store team.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and daily sales reports.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of showroom activities.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales performance and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Experience in textile, garments, or retail showroom management.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Leadership and team management ability.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing software handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Salary
- Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
