- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to integrate model improvements into production environments ensuring seamless deployment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and development within the project.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) UI Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies and frameworks related to Adobe Experience Manager.
- Strong understanding of user interface design principles and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize UI components for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with content management systems and their integration with UI development.
