Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers/leads.
Handle inbound enquiries professionally.
Explain company services/products clearly to clients.
Follow up with interested candidates/customers regularly.
Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
Achieve daily/weekly call targets.
Coordinate with the sales or support team when required.
Requirements:
Good communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to convince and interact confidently with customers.
Prior experience in telecalling/customer service is preferred.
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
Qualification:
Plus Two / Degree holders can apply.
Experience:
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
