The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling recruitment teams, preferably within the BFSI or ITES sector.Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/HR preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment/staffing
- Prior team handling experience is mandatory
- Experience in BFSI / NBFC / ITES hiring preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
