Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Vice President Finance & Accounting Operations We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of entire order to cash process management and improvement in a fairly fast paced business environment. The role is based out of NCR. Responsibilities: - Responsible to lead Finance & Accounting Operations & service delivery for existing and all new deals in pipeline. - Front ending the clients and should have capability to understand requirements and customer expectations and deliver solutions - Will be Required to deliver End to End business impact and drive productivity to ensure best-in class implementations / streamlining the onshore/off shore operation - Should be able to manage Service delivery right from inception to steady state. - Responsible to provide required support to BD Team - Should be able to understand the changing environment/ client needs and providing solutions - Ability to manage Large Span of complex business and operations teams. - Managing knowledge design implementation & support for complex F&A domain. - Monitor & review solution implementation process in a collaborative manner.
