About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven, target-oriented, and aggressive Sales Calling & Support Associate to accelerate lead generation and sales conversions for our cybersecurity solutions and services business.
This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, are confident in outbound calling, follow-ups, objection handling, and can consistently generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
The candidate should have prior experience in IT, SaaS, or cybersecurity sales support and possess strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Aggressive Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to CXOs, IT Managers, Security Heads, and business decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and follow-ups.
- Drive appointment setting for cybersecurity product demos, consultations, and sales meetings.
- Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Sales Conversion Support
- Support the sales team in moving prospects through the sales funnel toward closure.
- Follow up aggressively on pending proposals, quotations, renewals, and customer responses.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain strong pipeline discipline and ensure zero lead leakage.
Customer Engagement
- Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Handle first-level product and service inquiries confidently.
- Communicate the business value of cybersecurity solutions including:
- Managed Security Services
- Endpoint Security
- Network Security
- Vulnerability Assessments
- SOC Services
- Cloud Security Solutions
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM systems.
- Track lead status, customer interactions, and conversion metrics.
- Prepare daily performance reports and pipeline updates for management review.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, business development, or sales coordination.
- Prior experience in cybersecurity, IT services, SaaS, cloud, or technology sales preferred.
- Proven ability to achieve sales calling and lead generation targets.
- Strong cold-calling, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
- Strong follow-up discipline and sales-driven mindset.
- Hunter mentality with a strong passion for sales.
- High energy, confidence, and persistence.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.
- Strong ownership and accountability for revenue support activities.
- Professional communication with senior business stakeholders.
