Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant – Home Appliances who can guide customers in choosing the right products, deliver excellent showroom experience, and achieve sales targets. The role focuses on relationship building, product knowledge, and closing sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in the showroom
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable home appliances
Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Explain pricing, offers, exchange schemes, and finance options
Maintain product displays and showroom cleanliness
Handle billing coordination and order follow-ups
Collect customer details for after-sales support
Coordinate with delivery and service teams
Maintain strong product knowledge across brands and models
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Customer-centric attitude
Knowledge of ACs, TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, kitchen & small appliances
Ability to handle objections and close sales
Basic computer skills (billing software, CRM, Excel)
Team player with positive attitude
Qualifications
Minimum Plus Two / Degree / Diploma
Experience in home appliance sales is an added advantage
Freshers with good communication skills can apply
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹9,594.67 - ₹27,650.83 per month
