Job Summary
We are hiring a Design / Launch Quality Engineer with experience in automotive Body & Interior systems to support vehicle launch activities, quality convergence, supplier quality, and dimensional validation through SOP.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive vehicle launch quality targets (DPVA, DPVF, DPVW).
- Perform root cause analysis using 5D/8D methodologies.
- Review GD&T, dimensional reports, and tolerance stack-up analysis.
- Support prototype, pilot, pre-series, and production builds.
- Monitor fit & finish, gap & flush, dimensional compliance, and part validation.
- Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality, and Program teams.
- Manage supplier quality issues, audits, and engineering change activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering.
- 6–8 years of automotive quality or launch engineering experience.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
