We are hiring a Solar Sales Executive for field sales and customer acquisition for rooftop solar projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting customer homes, explaining rooftop solar systems and government subsidies under PM Surya Ghar Yojana, and converting leads into successful sales. The role involves field visits, customer follow-ups, and achieving monthly sales targets. The selected candidate will receive a fixed salary of ₹15,000 per month with additional incentives of ₹5,000 for every successful solar installation after completing the minimum target of 4 customers per month. Candidates with good communication and convincing skills, field sales experience, and a two-wheeler will be preferred. Experience in solar, insurance, telecom, banking, or real-estate sales will be an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
