Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to manage and expand our domestic and international customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales through virtual B2B platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to business development, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through platforms such as LinkedIn, IndiaMART, Alibaba, email campaigns, and other B2B portals.
- Conduct virtual sales meetings and presentations to promote the company's products and services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and existing clients to maximize business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and reports using Excel and CRM tools.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Communicate with clients via phone calls whenever required to support the sales process.
Required Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales (Domestic/International preferred).
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, IndiaMART, Alibaba, or similar lead generation platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
