Experience
- Minimum 3+ years in Building Construction (Residential/Commercial Projects)
Qualification
- Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Job Location
Belgaum, Karnataka
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site construction activities.
- Monitor quality, safety, and project progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Ensure execution as per drawings and specifications.
- Manage manpower, material planning, and daily reporting.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion.
Desired Skills
- Good knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and quantity estimation.
- Ability to read construction drawings.
- Strong communication and team coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, and project documentation is preferred.
