Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-skilled Telecallers to join our team in Manjeri. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, following up on leads, and maintaining customer records.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Explain products/services and answer customer queries
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
Requirements:
- Plus Two / Degree qualification
- Good communication skills in Malayalam (English is an added advantage)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
