We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Hub Assistant who can effectively manage daily sorting operations while also handling basic team leader responsibilities. This hybrid role is ideal for candidates who are hands- on with logistics processes and ready to step up as a team coordinator within the hub.
Key Responsibilities
Sorting & Operations:
- Receive, scan, and sort parcels based on pincode and route.
- Ensure accurate tagging, packaging, and placement of shipments.
- Assist in loading/unloading vehicles and organising shipments for delivery. Follow
- standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth operations.
- Freshers with strong leadership and operational skills may also apply.
