Assist in recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and coordination.
- Support employee onboarding and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and administrative documents.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and payroll-related information.
- Respond to employee queries regarding company policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing training programs and employee engagement activities.
- Support performance appraisal and HR compliance processes.
- Ensure proper maintenance of confidential employee information.
Qualifications
- Any Degree with HR Qualification
- Freshers with relevant HR qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- 1–2 years of HR experience will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of HRMS software is an added advantage.
- Professional attitude and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
