Job Description:
We are hiring experienced candidates for an International Travel Voice Process in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for assisting international customers with travel-related queries and providing professional and accurate resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer queries over voice.
- Assist customers with travel bookings and reservations.
- Handle booking modifications and cancellations.
- Resolve customer service and travel-related issues.
- Provide accurate information while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Meet quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain professional communication with international customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO Voice.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Excellent English communication.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
