Job Description – Account Executive

Experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Import, Export, Banking, GST, TDS, and statutory documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Import
- Process import goods and services payments through the bank E-Net portal.
- Submit Bills of Entry (BOE) through the E-Net portal.
- Monitor and check outstanding import remittances through the E-Net portal.
Export
- Process GR closure through the E-Net portal.
- Process GR waiver through the E-Net portal.
- Generate and monitor outstanding inward remittance reports through the E-Net portal.
- Prepare Bank Guarantees through the E-Net portal.
- Record HDFC Bank charges by verifying GST portal entries and post them in SAP.
- Verify customs duty with invoices and Bills of Entry (BOE).
- Check and calculate export duty drawback.
- Update monthly foreign exchange rate entries.
- File Form 15CA through the Income Tax portal.
- Prepare and submit monthly pending GR reports along with reasons for pendency.
- Coordinate with the bank for credit of inward remittances into the appropriate EEFC bank accounts.
- Process monthly conversion of foreign currency into Indian Rupees from the EEFC account.
Accounts & Compliance
- Handle Purchase-related accounting activities.
- Manage GST-related transactions and compliance.
- Handle TDS-related activities and statutory requirements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
