Job Description
We are looking for an AEO & GEO Specialist to improve Arkon Solutions' visibility across AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity and other generative search engines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AEO & GEO strategies.
- Optimize content for AI-generated answers and conversational search.
- Identify questions and topics where Arkon Solutions should appear in AI results.
- Improve visibility in AI Overviews, featured snippets, People Also Ask and AI-generated answers.
- Monitor AI mentions, citations and competitor visibility.
- Optimize content structure for answer extraction and AI understanding.
- Build topical authority around pharmaceutical and healthcare subjects.
- Identify content gaps specifically for AI search.
- Improve FAQ, Q&A, and answer-focused content.
- Optimize structured data and entity signals in coordination with the SEO team.
- Track AEO/GEO performance and prepare regular reports.
- Stay updated with AI search trends, LLMs and generative search developments.
- Work closely with the existing SEO and Content teams to implement AEO/GEO recommendations.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in AEO, GEO, AI Search or related digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, generative search and AI-generated results.
- Experience with ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
- Ability to analyze AI citations, mentions and search visibility.
- Strong content analysis and research skills.
- Pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and communication skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
