Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced BIM Lead for a full-time, on-site position at our Kochi office. The BIM Lead will be responsible for managing and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across multiple projects. Key responsibilities include creating, updating, and maintaining BIM models, supervising project delivery outcomes, collaborating with design and construction teams, and ensuring compliance with project standards. The role also involves guiding and mentoring team members, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks ( min 9 plus years exp)
- Proven experience in BIM management, model coordination, and clash detection
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, structural design, and building codes
- Team leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to solve technical problems and implement efficient workflows
- Experience with collaborative tools and multidisciplinary coordination
- Familiarity with MEP and architectural modeling is a plus
Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
