CEE CEE Solutions is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Manager to join our growing team at Infopark, Kochi. We are seeking an experienced professional who can lead our IT operations, manage infrastructure, ensure system security, and drive technology initiatives that support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, computers, and software.
- Ensure the availability, security, and performance of all IT systems and business applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues and provide timely technical support.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies, data protection measures, and backup solutions.
- Coordinate software installations, upgrades, and system maintenance activities.
- Manage user accounts, email systems, and access permissions.
- Work closely with vendors and service providers for IT procurement and support.
- Lead IT projects, infrastructure improvements, and technology upgrades.
- Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and compliance with company standards.
- Support business continuity planning and disaster recovery initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT administration or IT management.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking, firewalls, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, antivirus solutions, and endpoint management.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
