Job Description:
Sanskar School, Jaijaipur is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) in English. The candidate will be responsible for teaching middle and secondary classes as per the Chhattisgarh State Board curriculum and developing students’ proficiency in reading, writing, grammar, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English to Classes 6–10.
- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons.
- Improve students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Prepare students for school and board examinations.
- Design and evaluate assignments, class tests, and exam papers.
- Maintain student records and track academic progress.
- Encourage participation in debates, speeches, and literary activities.
- Provide remedial support to students where required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in English.
- B.Ed. degree preferred.
- Prior teaching experience is an advantage (freshers may also apply).
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
Skills Required:
- Strong command over English language and grammar.
- Effective communication and teaching skills.
- Ability to engage students in interactive learning.
- Basic computer knowledge (for digital teaching tools).
