Role Overview
We are seeking a Planning Engineer with strong experience in residential high-rise construction projects. The role involves preparing project schedules, monitoring progress, analyzing delays, and supporting timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed project schedules and construction plans
- Develop baseline schedules and update progress periodically
- Track tower-wise project progress and report deviations
- Conduct delay analysis and propose recovery plans
- Coordinate with site execution teams for accurate progress inputs
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports
- Monitor resource planning and productivity trends
- Assist management in project planning and control activities
- Maintain planning documentation and reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering
- 4–8 years experience in residential apartment construction
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Strong proficiency in Advanced MS Excel
- Good understanding of construction sequencing and timelines
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple project stakeholders
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
