*Role Overview*
We are looking for a Senior Video Editor who goes beyond basic editing and understands how to create high-performing, engaging, and conversion-driven content.
This role requires someone who can transform raw footage into compelling stories tailored for multiple industries including digital marketing, healthcare, wellness, and personal branding.
*Key Responsibilities*
- Edit and produce high-quality videos across multiple verticals:
o Digital marketing campaigns (ads, reels, performance creatives)
o Healthcare & wellness content (doctor branding, educational videos)
o Personal branding & company promotional content
- Craft engaging narratives with strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling
- Optimize videos for maximum audience retention and platform performance
- Work on short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form content
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound design, and color grading
- Stay updated with latest trends, formats, and social media algorithms
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and design teams
*Requirements*
- 3–6+ years of professional video editing experience
- Advanced proficiency in:
o Adobe Premiere Pro
o After Effects
o (Optional) DaVinci Resolve / CapCut
o Social media content formats (Instagram, YouTube, ads)
o Hook-based editing and retention strategies
o Fast-paced, attention-grabbing editing styles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong creative sense with attention to detail
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-performance content is mandatory
*Preferred (Bonus) Skills*
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or educational content
- Knowledge of performance marketing creatives (paid ads)
- Basic graphic design or thumbnail creation skills
- Understanding of content strategy and audience psychology
