- Onboarding: Execute onboarding programs, and manage induction processes. [1, 2]
- Performance Management: Develop and support performance appraisal systems (e.g., quarterly reviews and 360-degree feedback) to evaluate employee growth and set business objectives. [1, 2]
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, counseling, and conflict resolution to build a healthy work environment. [1, 2]
- Policy & Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with organizational goals while ensuring strict adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance. [1, 2]
- Compensation & Benefits: Design competitive compensation packages, manage payroll inputs, and administer benefits programs. [1, 2]
- Training & Development: Identify skills gaps and coordinate learning and development initiatives for professional growth. [1, 2]
Essential Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: Typically 2-3 years of proven experience in HR management, generalist activities, or senior roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and payroll management software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and leadership skills with a deep understanding of local labor legislation
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
