Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager with 4–6 years of experience in Market Research, Mystery Audit, or related domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Mystery Audit and Market Research industry.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a clear understanding of client requirements.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Achieve revenue targets through effective sales planning and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Research, and Client Servicing) to deliver customized solutions.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence to create effective strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM/trackers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4-6 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition within Market Research, Consulting, or Service Industry.
- Strong understanding of Mystery Audit / Customer Experience / Research solutions will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
