Bharakt Diagnostics is looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist to join our growing diagnostic team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in blood collection, sample handling, and patient care while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.
Responsibilities
* Collect blood samples using proper venipuncture techniques.
* Label, handle, and transport specimens accurately.
* Ensure patient comfort and maintain infection control protocols.
* Maintain accurate records and coordinate with the laboratory team.
* Follow all safety and quality standards.
Requirements
* DMLT/BMLT or relevant qualification.
* Experience as a Phlebotomist is preferred.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
