Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and convert walk-in, site-visit, and referral customers into sales
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal aspects clearly to clients
- Conduct site visits and follow up with prospective buyers regularly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain proper customer records, follow-ups, and sales reports
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and documentation teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers
- Handle customer queries and resolve objections professionally
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales. Freshers may apply.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused approach with persuasive abilities
- Basic knowledge of property documentation and sales process
- Comfortable with field work and site visits
- Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM systems is a plus
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in selling apartments, shops, plots, or gated communities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
