South Indian CDP (Chef de Partie)
Luxury Restaurant & Bar in Margao, Goa is hiring!
- Lead South Indian cuisine (Idli, Dosa, Sambar, Biryani, etc.)
- Manage daily kitchen operations, inventory & supplies
- Train & lead a team of cooks & helpers
- Maintain high food quality & presentation standards
- Develop new South Indian dishes & specials
Requirements:
- 5-7 yrs experience as CDP or similar in a luxury restaurant
- Expertise in South Indian cuisine
- Leadership & communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
