Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing sales and distribution modules to meet business requirements.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to order management, pricing, and billing processes.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical specifications for software development.
- Familiarity with integration points between sales and distribution and other enterprise resource planning modules.

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
