Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of civil and interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating effectively with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple civil and interior projects from initiation to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and site supervisors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Coordinate procurement of materials and manage resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site visits to review progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
- Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and minimize delays.
- Track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to management and clients.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or project management for civil construction and interior fit-out projects.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and site coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
