Key Responsibilities
- Drive student admissions and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute business development strategies for training programs.
- Manage and mentor the admissions/business development team.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission targets.
- Track sales performance using CRM and submit regular reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in EdTech sales/business development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and admission targets.
- Experience in managing teams and client relationships.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Edutech: 2 years (Preferred)
