CONTENT CREATION
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and LinkedIn channels posting 5-7 times per week across platforms with a consistent brand voice and visual identity derived from the Rohika brand guidelines (forest green, earth brown, gold).
- Produce original short-form video content-Instagram reels and YouTube shorts- from every tour program executed. Minimum one reel per completed program. Content must be filmed during the program-which requires either personal field presence or coordination with the Tour Manager to capture specific shots.
- Build and maintain a content calendar 4 weeks in advance-aligning content themes with the sales calendar. Ambubachi content peaks in April and May. Kaziranga content peaks in September and October. Monsoon Meghalaya content peaks in June and July.
- Write destination captions that tells a story in under 150 words-not a list of features, not "book now" but a moment that makes the reader feel something. Every caption ends with one clear call to action-Website link, WhatsApp enquiry or comment prompt.
- Respond to every comment and DM on Rohika's social channels within 4 business hours.
WEBSITE CONTENT MANAGEMENT AND SEO
- Manage all Content on the website-product pages, destination pages, blog, and the Agent Resource Centre-updating content monthly to reflect seasonal relevance and new product launches.
- Write and publish a minimum of 2 SEO optimised blog articles per month targeting specific high-intent search queries.
- Conduct quarterly SEO audits using Google Search Console-identify which pages are ranking, which keywords are gaining or losing.
- Monitor Google Analytics weekly.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, journalism or design or equivalent demonstrated experience.
Minimum 2 years managing Social media and Digital marketing for a travel, hospitality or lifestyle brand.
portfolio-mandatory at interview must present 3 to 5 pieces of original travel content they have created.
photography must shoot at a professional standard on either a DSLR/mirrorless camera or a high-end smartphone.
Video editing proficiency.
