Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly professional and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage client interactions and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and fluency in English to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.
- Address and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate prompt resolution of customer requests.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs.
- Provide information regarding company products and services.
- Prepare customer service reports and feedback summaries as required.
- Ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Fluency in spoken English is mandatory.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Relations, Telecalling, or Client Handling will be an added advantage.
