- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Explain products/services clearly to customers
- Handle customer queries & resolve complaints professionally
- - Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Update CRM with call details
- Maintain customer records and databases
- Proficiency in Excel

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
