Job Description
D'LIFE Home Interiors is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Interior Fit-Out Manager to support the execution of premium residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate site activities, monitor project progress, ensure quality standards, and assist in delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing end-to-end execution of premium residential interior projects.
- Coordinate with designers, project engineers, vendors, contractors, and installation teams.
- Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections to maintain quality and workmanship standards.
- Track material requirements, deliveries, and installation schedules.
- Support project planning, reporting, and documentation activities.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues in coordination with senior team members.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
- Maintain effective communication with clients regarding project updates.
- Support smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in interior fit-out or residential project execution.
- Basic knowledge of residential interior works, modular furniture installation, and site coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel for site visits as required.
