Job Description – Chemistry Teacher (JEE & NEET Coaching)
Location: Vidyaniketan PU College (VNPU)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chemistry Teacher to handle PU-level Chemistry with a focus on JEE and NEET competitive exam preparation. The candidate should have strong conceptual knowledge, experience in coaching competitive exam aspirants, and the ability to guide students towards academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Chemistry for 1st & 2nd PU students with a focus on JEE and NEET preparation.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans covering PU curriculum and competitive exam requirements.
- Strengthen students’ conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare students through practice sessions, mock tests, previous year question papers, and exam-oriented strategies.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to improve student performance.
- Create study materials, worksheets, and question banks for JEE/NEET preparation.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance and mentorship.
- Conduct laboratory sessions and ensure practical concepts are well understood.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance teaching methodologies and learning outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- M.Sc. Chemistry / M.Sc. (Organic/Inorganic/Physical Chemistry) with B.Ed. preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in JEE/NEET Chemistry coaching.
- Experience teaching PU students will be an added advantage.
- Strong command over Chemistry concepts and competitive exam patterns.

- Passion for mentoring students for competitive examinations.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
