Job Description:
We are hiring a Junior Fashion Designer to assist in creating womenswear collections, from concept development to final production.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in design and collection development
- Create moodboards and research references
- Work on garment details and silhouettes
- Support in embroidery and surface development
- Coordinate with tailors and production team
- Assist during fittings and sampling
Requirements
- Degree/diploma in fashion design (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of fabrics and garment construction
- Sketching skills (hand or software)
- Willingness to work in a hands-on studio environment
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time, on-site role in Surat
- Candidates must be comfortable working closely with production and design teams
