*Profile 1: Technical Architect and Regional Business Executive* (1 Each for Jaipur, Greater Noida West(to Handle NCR), Lucknow and Chandigarh.
*Role Overview:*
As a Technical Architect and Regional Business Executive, you are a product expert and a bridge between Reticen8 and our partners. You will handle the end-to-end sales lifecycle through technical consulting, ensuring our System Integration (SI) partners and end customers fully understand the value of our tech stack.
*Key Responsibilities* :
Technical Demos: Conduct high-quality online product demonstrations for prospective leads and partners.
Channel Management: Manage and nurture 100–120 System Integration Partners (Dealers) per assigned city.
Sales Closure: Actively call dealers and end-user accounts to close leads,
Schedule demos, and follow up on payments.
*Program Execution* : Drive industry-specific marketing programs and conduct technical/sales training for partner accounts.
*Event Coordination:* Arrange and manage virtual or hybrid sales events for partners and end customers.
Take Regional Lead for Proof Of Concepts on Site.
Physical participation in Pre Bid Meetings.
Solution Designing and Solution Document Preparation.
*Qualifications* & *Skills:*
*Technical Aptitude:* Must be comfortable navigating software/hardware products and explaining complex features simply.
*Consultative Sales:* Proven ability to influence decisions through technical expertise rather than hard-selling.
*Account Management:* Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of dealer accounts (100+).
Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (and regional language).
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
