To supervise shop-floor activities and workers, ensuring production is carried out safely, efficiently and according to approved drawings, quality standards and production schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and allocate daily work to production workers.
- Ensure production activities are carried out as per drawings, cutting lists and instructions.
- Monitor daily production progress and achieve assigned targets.
- Check dimensions, workmanship and quality of finished and semi-finished components.
- Coordinate with the Foreman and Production Manager for smooth workflow.
- Ensure proper use and handling of materials, tools and machinery.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Identify and report production defects, delays, shortages and machine issues.
- Maintain discipline, attendance and productivity of workers under supervision.
- Ensure workers follow safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Maintain basic daily production and manpower records.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the assigned work area.
- Support the Production Manager in achieving production and delivery targets.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification.
Experience: 2–5 years in furniture/interior manufacturing or similar factory environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
