Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Manager to lead our sales team while driving conversions from company-generated leads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mentoring the sales team, ensuring prompt lead follow-ups, improving conversion rates, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This is not a target-based role. All qualified leads are provided by the company. Attractive performance-based incentives are offered in addition to the fixed salary.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.
- Guide team members in handling customer objections and improving conversion rates.
- Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Develop sales strategies to improve team productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and quality standards.
Customer Sales
- Handle high-value customer inquiries and assist in closing bookings.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Explain itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and travel policies.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the booking process.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth trip execution.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
Reporting & Operations
- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and sales performance in the CRM.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track lead response times and conversion performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership or managerial role.
- Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or service industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Ability to coach and motivate a team to achieve high conversion rates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Passion for travel and delivering excellent customer experiences.
