Position: Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD)

Job Summary
The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director will be responsible for managing the MD's communications, coordinating with internal departments, ensuring timely follow-ups on key business matters, and supporting the MD in daily operations. The role requires excellent organizational skills, confidentiality, professional communication, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support
- Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Draft, review, and send professional emails, letters, and business communications on behalf of the MD.
- Maintain records of important discussions, meetings, and action points.
Coordination & Follow-Up
- Coordinate with Production, Sales, Dispatch, Purchase, Accounts, and Administration departments.
- Track pending tasks assigned by the MD and ensure timely completion.
- Follow up with customers, suppliers, consultants, and internal team members.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports for the MD.
Documentation & MIS
- Maintain confidential company documents and records.
- Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, meeting minutes, and business summaries.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist in preparation of business proposals, quotations, and company presentations when required.
Communication Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle professional correspondence with customers, vendors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Ensure prompt responses to important communications.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate special projects assigned by the MD.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and business decisions.
- Support the MD in strategic and operational activities as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, Coordinator, or similar role.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and organizational skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong email drafting and business correspondence skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Professional attitude and attention to detail.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, stainless steel, pipes, tubes, or industrial sectors will be an added advantage.
- Experience in MIS reporting and management coordination preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
