Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced MEP Estimation Manager to handle cost estimation, tendering, and bid management for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems. The role focuses on delivering accurate, competitive, and profitable project bids.
Key Responsibilities
Estimation & Costing
· Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP systems
· Analyze drawings, BOQs, and tender documents
· Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis
· Develop cost benchmarks and standard models
Tendering & Bid Management
· Manage end-to-end tendering (RFQ to submission)
· Prepare techno-commercial proposals
· Coordinate with vendors for quotations
· Ensure timely and complete bid submissions
Vendor & Supplier Coordination
· Identify and evaluate vendors
· Negotiate pricing for cost efficiency
· Maintain vendor database
Technical Evaluation
· Review drawings and specifications
· Ensure compliance with standards
· Suggest value engineering for cost optimization
Internal Coordination
· Work with design, sales, and execution teams
· Support pre-bid meetings and client discussions
· Provide cost inputs during planning
Risk & Cost Control
· Identify risks and suggest mitigation strategies
· Analyze cost deviations and impacts
· Ensure profitability and margin protection
Key Requirements
· Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
· 8–15 years in MEP estimation & tendering
· Experience in industrial & commercial projects
· Compensation Fixed Salary + Performance Incentives
Skills:
· Strong knowledge of HVAC, Fire, Electrical & Plumbing systems
· Expertise in BOQ, costing & quantity take-offs
· Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, estimation tools
· Strong analytical & negotiation skills

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
