Job Description – Project Head & Estimation
Marketing & Estimation - Key Areas of Responsibility
· Strategizing marketing process, offer / estimation process and successfully get new orders for organisation.
· New Client Development. Finding the prospective clients from various resources.
· Registration on various tendering portals.
· Approaching prospective clients and converting them into customer.
· Finding suitable tender and completing all formalities to full fill the tender till get an order.
· Preparation of quotation/ offers, Cost Sheet.
· To generate good relations with existing and proposed customers.
· Following with the offers provided and obtaining an order.
· To generate orders for organisation.
· Keeping in touch with customers and solving their issues with obtaining completion certificate.
· Branding our product and services on social media or any suitable portal.
Project Head – Key Result Area
1. Effectively handle the project at hand
2. Effectively manage day to day operations at the site
3. Follow SOP of work execution.
4. Drawing & technical data sheet study.
5. Review of work schedule chart activity wise.
6. Preparation & submission of Site Progress Report weekly.
7. Review consumption report & update management.
8. Letter issue to sub-contractor for non follow SOP of execution/ delay in work/ safety negligence
9. Preparation of Documentation- Measurement Sheet, Hydro Test Report, Holiday Test Report, Handover Report, Training Report, & as built drawing inputs & OPM etc.
10. Comprehend the exact requirements of the project & handling multiple projects.
11. Communicate with customers regarding products, certifications, billing etc.
12. Coordinate with Consultant & Designers in case major changes in drawing
13. Maintain site team safety and advise /implement site policies and procedures
14. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment.
15. Maintain and evaluate material requirements
16. Ensure strict adherence to timelines, quality standards, safety measures and legal compliances
17. Evaluate site team with complete reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate
18. Maintain sensitive information with confidentiality of the company.
Background requirement
· Any Graduate with Minimum 2- 5 years of Experience/ Fresh in Project/ Marketing/ Tendering/ Estimation/ Business Development.
· Good computer knowledge like Excel with formulas, MS Word, Outlook.
· Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Drive)
· Language - Hindi / Marathi / English Written and Spoken
· Well in personality, Manners, and behaviour to impress customers and good in communication both verbal and written.
Competency / Skills
· Smart in dealing with any person with good capacity of communication and having good manners and behaviour.
· Never say no capability and ready to approach any level of customer at any given time.
· Self-motivated and initiative in approaching and developing business.
· Expert in tendering process and approaching strategically to converts offers into orders.
· A positive attitude based in a foundation of abundance.

· Having 2 / 4 wheeler driving licenses and driving capability.

Location :
· Should be staying in Mumbai or any city in India and able to Travel to Goregaon on his own. Capable to work from any place and if required capable to travel any part of world.
Salary :
· As per companies’ policy and depending on the value creation by candidate.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
