We are hiring AR Callers (US Voice process)
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Job Location: Thanjavur
Candidates must be flexible to work in night shifts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up with insurance companies on pending claims for timely reimbursement
- Handle denial management and resolve rejected claims
- Update claim status and maintain accurate documentation
- Verify insurance eligibility and coverage details
- Coordinate with billing teams for claim resolution
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Prior AR calling experience preferred
