Job Description
InLife Architecture & Interiors is looking for an experienced and creative Lead Architect to oversee architectural and interior design projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading design teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with design intent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural and interior design development for residential and commercial projects
- Prepare concept designs, detailed drawings, and working drawings
- Coordinate with interior designers, engineers, vendors, and site teams
- Manage client meetings and present design concepts professionally
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project standards
- Supervise project execution and provide on-site design guidance
- Review drawings, BOQs, and material specifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 4–6 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong design, visualization, and planning skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related architectural software
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
