We are looking for a proactive and organised HR & Administrator Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, office administration, and support basic marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR and administration, along with a good understanding of marketing and social media coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and payroll-related documents
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, experience certificates, and other HR documents
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Handle employee queries professionally and maintain confidentiality
- Support performance tracking and HR policy implementation
- Manage daily office operations, staff coordination, and administrative tasks
- Maintain office files, documents, inventory, vendor details, and purchase records
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and office events
- Ensure office supplies and facilities are maintained properly
- Support management with reports, presentations, and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR and administration roles
- Knowledge of recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, and office management
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and customer engagement
- Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Experience in a medical clinic, healthcare, or service industry is an added advantage
